You’re consistent. You train hard. So why isn’t your body changing? Because fueling matters more than you think. 👀 This is a full day of eating when your goal is to build muscle and stay lean: – high-protein meals that actually keep you full – carbs to support your workouts + recovery – easy staples (eggs, sourdough, rotisserie chicken, bowls) – and yes… things you enjoy Even my dessert is working for me → my go-to ninja creami protein ice cream with @Legion whey 🍦 Nothing extreme. Nothing restrictive. Just eating in a way that lets you train hard and actually see results. More food isn’t the problem— it’s the strategy behind it. Comment LEAN if you want help dialing yours in. #fdoe #highproteinmeals #quickhealthyfood #fulldayofeating #teamlegion @legion use code SRUSSELL for 10% off and BOGO 50% first purchase

3 Must do’s to stop waking up in pain and stiff from your workouts👇🏼 1. Incorporate a recovery day each week after your gym days that consists of foam rolling and/or trigger point release, mobility work, and stretching. If you skip this, this is why you end up in pain😵💫 2. Supplements help! Don’t be afraid of taking creatine to boost your muscle recovery, growth, and strength. I take @legion Recharge drink every day👌🏼 I do have a dc: JENNLASHLEY You can use this code for a buy one, get one 50% off deal.🙌🏼 3. Sleep! I know this one can be tough, but if you’re being honest with yourself do you lay in bed and scroll for an hour? If you gave yourself 15 minutes and cut back, you can give your body the much needed recovery sleep it needs. Try it out! 👉🏼Which one of these are you going to start implementing so you can finally wake up feeling refreshed and continue to workout hard? . . . #recovery #fitnesstips #mobility #painrelief #sponsored

Most joint supplements are straight up fairy dust… all label, no fight. If your knees sound like bubble wrap and your shoulders throw tantrums mid roll… it’s not “just getting older.” It’s bad recovery strategy. Here’s the truth, the difference between feeling wrecked and staying dangerous comes down to what you put back into your body after the grind. We’re talking real joint support: ✔️ Reducing inflammation so you’re not dragging through sessions ✔️ Improving blood flow so nutrients actually reach the damage ✔️ Protecting your joints from long term wear ✔️ Rebuilding cartilage instead of just masking pain Because training hard is optional. Training smart enough to last? That’s what separates amateurs from savages. If you want to stay explosive, mobile, and pain-free…you don’t just survive training you reinforce the machine. If you train hard… recover harder. That’s the real edge. If you wanna try this one check out @legion and you can use code PROFSAVAGE to save some on your order. #JointHealth #FightRecovery #MMAConditioning #TrainHardRecoverHarder #LongevityTraining

Post workout supplements aren’t about hype. They’re about protecting lean muscle mass when training volume is high. For combat athletes and serious lifters, recovery nutrition determines whether you build muscle or slowly break down. Here’s what actually matters: • Stimulating muscle protein synthesis • Reducing post workout muscle breakdown • Replenishing glycogen • Supporting strength retention Best evidence based options: • Whey protein • Creatine monohydrate • EAAs (if fasted) • Electrolytes + carbs for high output sessions If your goal is retaining lean muscle while cutting weight or increasing conditioning, post workout recovery nutrition becomes performance insurance. Train savage. Recover smarter. Save this for your next session. If you’re looking to try something from @legion use code PROFSAVAGE to save on your order. #PostWorkout #MuscleRecovery #LeanMuscle #CombatAthlete #FightTraining
